Qualification and Experience:

M.A. / M.Sc / MBA / B.E preferably in 1st class or equivalent qualifications from a HEC recognized University with 17 years relevant experience in BPS-17 and above in a recognized University, Board, College and / or Government Department / Autonomous Organization. OR Ph.D. / MS/MPhil / M.E or equivalent qualification from a HEC recognized University with 15 years relevant experience in posts equivalent to BPS-17 and above in a recognized University, Board, College and / or Government Department / Autonomous Organization. The Candidate(s) must be fully conversant with the rules and regulations of administration prevailing in the Government Departments and autonomous organizations. Besides the candidate must have full knowledge of conduct of the meetings of statutory bodies, preparation of Agenda & Working Papers etc
