Qualification and Experience:

MBBS or equivalent medical qualification from an Institute or a university recognized by the PMC/PMDC and FCPS or MS or FRCS or MRCP or MD or Diplomat of American Board in the respective speciality or equivalent medical qualification in the respective speciality from an institute or university recognized by the PMC/PMDC. If none is available with above qualifications then: MBBS or equivalent medical qualification from an Institute or university recognized by the PMC/PMDC and FCPS or MS or FRCS or MRCP or MD or Diplomat American Board (General Surgery or Medicine, whichever is relevant to the respective speciality) or equivalent medical qualification from an institute or university recognized by the PMC/PMDC with three years' post-graduation practical experience in the respective specialty from a recognized Institute. Note: i) Only practical experience as recognised by the PMC/PM&DC after the prescribed qualification shall be considered. ii) Valid (full) Permanent Registration Certificate from the PMC/PM&DC showing post-graduate qualification issued on or before the closing date.
