Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in software support or technical support roles, with at least 1 year in L2 support. Strong understanding of enterprise software platforms. Proficient in troubleshooting software, databases (SQL), and application-related issues. Experience with ticketing systems, incident management, monitoring tools etc. Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure. Excellent problem-solving with a customer-focused mindset.
