Qualification and Experience:

A minimum of 16 years of education, with a bachelor's degree in Business Management, Communications, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in communication, stakeholder management, or a similar field. Strong knowledge and experience in change management principles, methodologies, and tools. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage diverse audiences. Familiarity with project management approaches and the software development lifecycle. Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather and document requirements. Experience in the public sector is an advantage. Proficiency in Agile Project Management
