Qualification and Experience:

At least 2nd Class degree of Engineering (Civil) from HEC recognized University /DAI (Valld PEC Registration) and at least 06-year post-qualification relevant experience in a University/ Government Department/recognized autonomous/semi-autonomous organization on a managerial level in pay scale 17/ equivalent & above including 04-year experience in (building) project implementation. OR
An engineer with at least 08 years post-qualification professional experience including at least 04-year in a reputed consulting engineering firm, who has executed public sector university projects (worth Rs. 500 million or above) In the capacity of Project Manager/Resident Engineer.
