Qualification and Experience:

At least 2 Class degrees in Business Administration/Civil Engineering (16 Years Education) from HEC recognized University/DAI (Valid PEC Registration for Engineers) and at least 12 years post-qualification relevant experience in a University/ Government Department/recognized autonomous/semi-autonomous organization in pay scale 17/equivalent & above including 5-year experience In project management With at least 15 years post-qualification professional experience in a managerial level (project management) in public sector organizations that have managed projects worth Rs. 700 million or above.
