Qualification and Experience:
BSc (Civil Engineering) (16 years of qualification, accredited by PEC) preferably Master's Degree (18 years of qualification) from HEC recognized university and Minimum 12 years of relevant experience. Well versed with all procurement/contracts related matters, PPRA & other procurement rules applicable by the Government. Candidate having good command over the procurement audit compliance and other related rules & regulations will be preferred.
