Qualification and Experience:
Master in human resource or economics or public policy or public administration or business administration or equivalent minimum 16 years of education from a university/institution (minimum 45% marks) recognized by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan.
Minimum 10 years of experience in administration in public or reputed private sector organization out of which 5 years experience at managerial level. Experience in organizational development, performance management, administration, and procurement shall be preferred.
