Qualification and Experience:
Masters in Finance or Human Resource or Commerce or Public Policy or Public Administration or Business Administration or equivalent (minimum 45% marks) recognized by higher education commission of Pakistan.Minimum 12 years of experience in Human resource management public finance, accounts, audit and administration in any reputed organization at managerial level. The candidate must have an experience for the development of laboratories infrastructure and in prepration of lab related service regulations/manuals/policies.
