Qualification and Experience:
16-year Degree in Human Resources or a related field from a local/foreign university recognized by the Higher Education Commission.
Minimum 15 years of post qualification relevant experience with atleast years in a senior management position.Certifications, courses in HR from institutions of repute (national/international) will be a strong plus.Expertise in change management and public sector HR issues will be an added advantage.Familiarity with public sector utility companies organizational structures· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
