Qualification and Experience:

MBBS and Bachelor of Medicine/Master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in healthcare operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends and best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
