Qualification and Experience:
Master's degree or Bachelor's degree (minimum sixteen (16) years of education) in the field of Environmental Sciences/ Civil Engineering / Environmental Engineering Urban Planning from an HEC-recognized university. In case of a degree in engineering the incumbent must be registered with PEC. At least five (5) years of relevant experience in Operations Management, Monitoring & Evaluation, or a relevant field in a well-established and renowned public/private organization.
