Qualification and Experience:
Advanced degree in Energy Policy, Program Evaluation, Technology Policy, Project Management, Economics, or related field, from a reputable institution recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC), with a preference for those with a background in energy planning. At least 12 years of professional experience in multilateral organizations with a focus on designing strategic plans, monitoring indicators, and identifying risks and opportunities associated with future development pathways.
