Qualification and Experience:
Master's degree or higher Economics, Engineering or related fields from an institution recognized by HEC with at-least 12 years of relevant experience The candidate must have following: • Proven experience in policy development, strategic planning, and energy & econometric modeling. • Expertise in energy sector reforms, policy development, tariff designs. • Proficiency in energy planning software (e.g., PLEXOS, LEAP) and econometric tools (e.g., STATA, EVIEWS).
