Qualification and Experience:
BScN/General Nursing + specialization in any field of Nursing + Post RN preferably Hospital Management Course will be preferred, BLS & ACLS Certified (where required) Experience: At least 8-10 years of clinical & management experience. Good Management skills, Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills, Negotiation skills, Stress Management, problem solving Decision making skills, Effective Unit management. Team building and effective managerial skills.
