Qualification and Experience:

The candidate must meet the criteria mentioned in Public Sector Companies (Corporate Governance Rules 2013) amended-upto-July-01- 2019. Member of a recognized body of Professional Accountants (CA/ ACMA/ACCA/ICAEW) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA); or Certified fraud examiner (CFE); or Certified internal control auditor (CICA); or Person holding a Master's degree in Finance from a reputable University recognized by the HEC. Minimum 15 years of overall audit experience out of which at least 08 years post qualification experience in internal audit including risk management, designing internal control proceedings, and effective compliance of financial reliability. Minimum 03 years experience in a similar senior management/ leadership role.
