Qualification and Experience:

MBA/Master’s in professional field Proven experience leading large-scale IT transformation projects in customs, trade facilitation, or public sector systems. Strong understanding of system architecture, microservices-based platforms, and business process automation. Expertise in customs digitalization, National single window systems (NSW), risk management systems, and customs management platforms. Experience in policy reform, process reengineering, and system integration for trade facilitation. Ability to map, analyze, and redesign trade and customs-related business processes for efficiency and automation.
