Qualification and Experience:
Master's degree/Bachelor's Degree (Hons) in Human Resources/Management or equivalent or LLM from HEC recognized institute. International Certification in Human Resources will be preferred At least 6 Years of experience in HR / Legal Affairs / Employee Relations out of which 3 years post qualification experience is required. The expected candidate will be responsible for: - In-depth knowledge of labor and employment law, as well as employee relations. - Ability to address and resolve employee grievances and complaints. - Proficiency in data analysis for informed decisionmaking. - Strong conflict resolution capabilities. - Experience in conducting workplace investigations. - Expertise in developing and implementing employee relations programs. - Ability to provide guidance on disciplinary actions. - Competence in maintaining accurate records of employee relations cases. - Alignment with overall HR strategies and objectives. - Commitment to fostering employee engagement and retention
