Qualification and Experience:

LL.B/LL.M in Corporate Law from foreign / local HEC recognized University. ii. Minimum of 25 years’ experience as an active practicing Advocate and at-least 15 years’ experience as an Advocate Supreme Court of Pakistan. iii. Candidate should have in-depth knowledge of corporate affairs, service matters, civil and taxation matters and regulatory laws dealing with Petroleum / Oil & Gas Sector. iv. The candidate having experience as Legal Advisor / Consultant Legal with any Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous bodies or regulatory authority will be given preference.
