Qualification and Experience:

• Master of Laws (LL.M.). 
• Preference will be given to candidates with Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Law, with specialization in constitutional law, corporate/commercial law, ICT law, or regulatory/ administrative law.
• Degrees must be recognized and attested by HEC.
• Minimum 10 years of post LLB qualification experience or 8 years’ post LLM experience in law, with proven expertise in litigation, advisory, policy and legislative reforms.
• Licensed advocate with at least 10 years standing at the Bar, eligible to practice before the High Courts of Pakistan.
• Demonstrated record of handling high-profile litigation before superior courts.
• Experience in regulatory, constitutional, contractual, and corporate/commercial disputes.
