Qualification and Experience:

At least 2nd Class BS/Master's degree (16 years) in the fields of Civil Engineering/Project Management/ Business Administration with at least 12 years post- qualification relevant experience in any Public/Semi- Autonomous/Autonomous bodies/organizations of good repute including 07years of experience in project design. execution/management, consultant & contractor supervision, and preparation of periodic and other reports. OR At least 2nd Class M.Sc./MS/MPhil (18 years) in the fields of Civil Engineering/Project Management/Business Administration with at least 10 years of post-qualification relevant experience in any Public/Semi-
Autonomous/Autonomous bodies/organizations of good repute including 05years of experience in project design, execution/management, consultant & contractor supervision and preparation of periodic and other reports. Candidate should also be well versed in PEC, PPRA, Planning Commission, Finance, Project Management Guidelines, and other Govt. rules /procedures and guidelines prescribed for the implementation of development projects.
