Qualification and Experience:

Minimum LLM from a HEC-recognized university or a reputed foreign university, preferably having a Ph.D. in Law and/or Barrister-at-Law. The candidate must have at least 15 Years of professional experience (in case of LLM degree) or 10 years (in case of Ph.D. degree) in dealing with litigation, adjudication, and drafting of legal documents in public or private sector. The Candidate should also have at least 10 years of high court standing, along with the following professional credentials: (a) Understanding of regulatory regime in Pakistan. (b) Experience of legislative drafting, including rules and regulations. (c) Comprehensive knowledge of competition law, including the Competition Act, 2010, regulations, and related jurisprudence. (d) Commitment to professionalism, discipline, and integrity. (e) Excellent written and oral communication, research, interpretation, and representation skills. (f) Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
