Qualification and Experience:

• a) BBA or equivalent degree (04 years degree) (1st Div) with major / specialization in HR/HRM
• b) MBA or equivalent degree (with 16 years of education) (1st Div) with major / specialization in HR/HRM
• c) Only one second class / division (minimum 50% marks in case of annual system of examination or minimum CGPA of 2.00/4.00 in case of semester system of examination) in the entire academic career from matric onwards is allowed
• d) No third division (marks less than 50% in case of annual system of examination or CGPA less than 2.00/4.00 in case of semester system of examination) is allowed
