Qualification and Experience:
The candidate must be a Graduate Civil Engineer, duly registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), possessing a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in building and construction works with Government, Semi-Government, or reputable Private/Public Sector organizations. Preference will be given to candidates with proven experience in managing and executing large-scale or mega projects in the public sector.
