Ex-service man:
Not below the rank of lance naik or equivalent rank from forces;
Not retired on medical or disciplinary grounds;
experience in security matters;and
2 years are not passed after retirement; or
HSSC (2nd Division) or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board;and
Height=5'6".
