Qualification and experience:

Masters/Bachelors(16 years of education) from recognized board.7 years of experience required.

• Provide overall leadership to the project.
• Act as a driving force to ensure seamless and timely execution of the implementation  of ICT based systems in designated facility.
• ldentify goals and objectives of the project teams and report regularly to higher-ups. overall responsibility of the project functions to ensure successful deployment within allocated time, and designated cost- Manage project team and devise a formal reporting mechanism for this designated  team  while visibility to higher ups. Manage good working relationship with client departments.

KPI:

lncrease the number of projects completed and signed of on time. lmprove the number of projects in progress. improve the planned vs actual hours metric. lmprove the resource-wise load in a project. Reduce the number of high priority issues- Maintain project  operation strategies. Ensuring compliance with relevant internal policies, procedures, and standard. Devise implementation strategy and coordinate with teams in the implementation- Conduct regular system audits and produce reports. Representing PITE in stakeholder/s meetings and prepare performance reports as assigned by department.
