Qualification and experience:

Bachelor(14 years of education) from recognized university.3 years of experience required.

• Provides technical support in the use of personal computer hardware, software.
• Installs software and installs and repairs hardware.
• Serves as technical resource to ASTP regarding software, hardware, network related issues.
• Administers user accounts.
• Troubleshoots, repairs and maintenance for computer equipment.
• Works with hardware vendors to resolve equipment failures/problems.
• May perform routine security checks on the system.
• Installs, repairs and removes wire and cable lines.
• Manage team providing support related to networks/hardware/software.
