Qualification and experience:

Masters/bachelors(16 years of eduation) from recognized university.2 years of experience required.

• Find new centers for the launch of e-Rozgaar centers across Punjab
• Liaison with University management
• Preparation of the center as per PC-1 standard
• Managing MOU signing process and launch of the center 
• Making sure the availability of all necessary equipment i.e. furniture, laptops, projectors, printers, scanners and biometric machines etc.
• Managing Lab Managers, trainers and system network engineers on sites
• Act as a focal person of the project
• Coordination with different departments for data /information collection/placements as per specified formats.
• Monitoring e-Rozgaar centers and timely generation of project progress reports
• Coordinate with training centers for daily reports and tasks
• Monitoring the shortlisting and document verification process on sites
• Maintaining operational documents and files
• Maintaining class and Staff attendance 
• Conducting awareness sessions inside and outside University
• Participating in administrative staff meetings
• Other administrative tasks as per management
• Conducting orientation session and regularly monitor training classes
• Ensuring complete documentation of sites and timely resolution of issues
