Qualification and experience:

16 years of education from reputed foreign or local HEC recognized institute in Computer Science/IT/Business Administration or in related field. Age Limit: 55 years

Minimum 10 years of overall experience in IT, including experience in MDM Solutions deployment, data related solutions, data governance, data modeling and data integration as well as project management.
• Experience in successfully leading projects and programs as per the defined timelines and scope, and within budget • Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands • Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills
• International work experience and education preferred 

Work closely with Bureau of Statistics, Consultancy Firm, as well as the Implementation Vendor for timely implementation of MDM Framework and BI platform.
• Vet designs efficiency of MDM framework, particularly ensuring that good MDM practices are considered.
• Sourcing, setting up and maintaining a digital MDM capability across government departments.
• Maintaining functional and technical understanding of the Master Data Management (MDM) framework and Business Intelligence platform.
• Coordinate with different departments to identify the datasets and needs of each Department.
• Resolve issues related to datasets at BOS and across the departments.
• Support and facilitate reporting and insight requirements for BoS as well as Departments to enable data driven decision-making.
• Understand and enable an efficient and effective MDM practice that provides access to high-quality information and insights.
• Maintain a solid understanding of up and downstream impacts of master data.
• Aide adoption of solution by conducting training, coordinating demos, creating training materials.
• Develop training plans for the keys users of the system
• Be part of the hiring process for shortlisting of suitable candidates for the positions of Senior Data Engineer, ETL Developer, BI Developer, and Data Quality Engineer.
• Manage and maintain project budget.
• Manage vendor engagement and delivery to ensure on time and on budget delivery across all areas

Define and setup a system of governance (exception reporting and review process) that enables BoS and departments to act in-line with data privacy law by design.
