Qualification and experience:

Ph.D earned after M.Sc. (Hons) Agriculture in Horticulture from an Institute or a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission and have five years' experience of research in Horticulture in BS-17 and above; OR M.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture. (3.00 CGPA out of 4.00) in Horticulture earned after B.Sc. (Hons) Agriculture from an Institute or a University recognized by the Higher Education Commission and have ten years' experience of research in Horticulture; and ii) Minimum six publications in the journals recognized by the Higher Education Commission.
