Qualification and Experience: 

Minimum 16 years' education in Civil Engineering / Transportation Engineering / Architectural Engineering / Construction Engineering / City & Regional Planning / Automotive Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Environmental Engineering / Environmental Sciences / MBBS / BDS / BS Public Health / MPH / BS Health Sciences / Social Sciences / Tourism & Hospitality Management / Cultural Heritage Management / Mining Engineering / Geological Engineering / Applied Geology / DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine) / Animal Sciences / Poultry Sciences / Wildlife Management / Fisheries & Aquaculture / Agronomy / Youth Development Studies / Agriculture Resource Economics / Industrial Engineering / Structural Engineering / Water Resources Engineering / Energy Engineering / Renewable Energy / Hospital Administration / Health Management / Education Management / Petroleum Engineering / Forestry / Food Sciences / Sports Sciences / Telecommunication Engineering / Project Management / Information Technology / MIS / Computer Science or any other relevant qualification.

At least 8 Years’ relevant post-qualification experience in the relevant sector, with demonstrated exposure to project development, technical assessments, sectoral policy, or large-scale public sector projects.
