Qualification and Experience: 

•  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
•  Certification in database platforms (e.g., Oracle DBA, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) is preferred
•  Strong knowledge of database design, backup/recovery, and performance tuning
•  Familiarity with data governance and security standards
•  Minimum 5 years of experience in database administration, preferably in large-scale IT projects
•  Proven track record in database development, management, and troubleshooting
•  Experience with high availability, replication, and disaster recovery mechanisms
•  Familiarity with public sector IT environments and data confidentiality requirements
