Qualification and experience:

• Ph.D Degree (applicants enrolled in Ph.D Program may also apply) in IR / DSS / Economics / Pol. Sc. or comparable discipline with excellent analytical ability.
• Experience with particular focus on China, SCO, and Central Asia will be preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in a University, think tank, research institution, or policy-oriented organization with minimum five HEC-recognized research publications.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills, including experience in supervising researchers and delivering quality outputs within defined timelines.
• Established professional networks with Chinese think tanks, research institutions, and universities, with experience in fellowships, joint research, academic exchanges, and international collaborations.
