Eligibility / Quota

Qualification and experience:

Certificate of Competency or Certificate of service as Master of Foreign-going ship or as First Class Engineer.
(ii) At least Five (5) years post qualification experience of Command or as Chief Engineer of ships.
(iii) At least Five (5) years post qualification experience of organizing training in training ships and training establishment.
