Qualification and experience:

• Minimum 16 years of education in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, related fields from HEC / Foreign recognized University / Institute. Preference shall be given to candidates possessing additional professional certifications in IT, data management, information systems, cybersecurity, software development, or related fields.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience/Government service (BPS 17 and above) in TVET management, Information System/Information Technology, digital/data management, research and analysis, programme planning, or relevant experience. Preference shall be given to candidates having 2–3 years of relevant experience in skills development, labour market information, digital transformation, or TVET systems.
