Eligibility / Quota

Qualification and experience:

Minimum 16 years of education in Engineering/management or TVET related fields from HEC / Foreign recognized University / Institute.
Minimum 12 years of overall professional experience/Government service (BPS 17 and above), preferably in international cooperation, management, TVET, research and analysis, or administration within the TVET sector. Preference shall be given to candidates having 1–3 years of relevant experience with an international organization.
