Qualification and experience:

• Master's Degree in Hospital Management, Health Services Management, Business Management or Public Administration from an HEC-recognized University/Institution
• Candidates possessing a Medical Degree may also apply, provided they possess an additional management qualification as above. Such candidates shall not be entitled to private practice during the tenure of appointment.
• Minimum ten (10) years' experience in a senior leadership position with proven experience of supervising and managing an organization having at least 5,000 employees.
