Qualification and Experience:

B.Sc. Civil Engineering degree from a recognized university and M.Sc. Engineering with subjects of Project Management, Procurement / Contract Management / Construction Management or equivalent from a HEC recognized university with at least 12 years of over-all professional experience after BSc. Civil Engineering.
• Should be registered with PEC as professional engineer.
• Must have experience of preparing procurement documents, PQ documents, bid documents and bid evaluation reports.
• Must have experience of preparing procurement documents for consultancy services, EOI, RFP, and contract agreement.
• Must have Experience of contract/ claim management of civil engineering projects. Experience of mega civil engineering projects under FIDIC / World Bank and any other donor funded projects conditions / guidelines will be preferred.
• Must possess proven skills in tendering, bid evaluation, contract negotiation, claims handling.
• Must possess knowledge of contract conditions, procurement guideline and PPRA Rules.
