Qualification and Experience:

• Minimum qualification of Master / 4 years BS in Computer Sciences / IT / or equivalent degree from HEC recognized university.
• Minimum 15 years' experience in Project Management, software development, or IT leadership; the candidate must have proven experience in developing technology strategies, leading technical teams, Tier 3 level Data Center experience, managing IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, budgets, vendors, and project delivery, along with strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills. Experience in the Safe Cities will be preferred.
