Qualification and Experience:

• Minimum 16 years of education in Civil Engineering from an HEC recognized. (PEC registered) Master’s Degree in Transportation/Highway Engineering from an HEC recognized university will be preferred.
• Minimum 08 years of relevant experience in roads & highway and highway geometric design, pavement design, traffic engineering, preparation/review of engineering design drawings, BOQ, estimates, specifications and tender documents including 04 years in a senior/team lead or similar role preferably in large engineering consultancy, infrastructure development, or public sector organizations
