Qualification and Experience:

• The candidate must hold a minimum of 16 years of education from a reputable, HEC-recognized, or internationally recognized university in Electrical, Computer, Electronics, Telecom, Information Technology, or a relevant field. They are required to have a minimum of 18 years of total professional work experience, including national or international experience in project execution, project communication, coordination, policy formulation, analysis, and stakeholder engagement, preferably within the Telecom, ICT, or Digital sectors. Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of international standards, regulations, and practices, along with a proven track record of successful project execution and policy implementation at national or international levels. Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills are required, as well as the ability to build consensus among diverse stakeholders at both Federal and Provincial levels
