Qualification and Experience:

The candidate should hold a minimum of a Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering. A master's degree in the relevant field of Engineering from HEC recognized university will an additive advantage. 

Candidate must possess a demonstrated total of 8 years of experience as under:

• Overall, 8 years’ experience in the field of civil engineering with at least 04 years’ experience in hydropower construction development & generation.
• Possess expertise in project management, preparation of scope of works about construction/rehabilitation works of Civil Structures at Power Plants and allied infrastructures.
• Must be a hands-on experience to prepare the tender documents about construction/rehabilitation works of Civil Structures at Power Complex.
• To prepare a detailed budget breakdown of all costs and expenses associated with the unscheduled major repair of the Civil & Hydraulic Structure and its Technical Sanction from the concerned Authority.
• Must be familiar with civil construction design, construction methodology and applicable codes and MRS Rate System.
• Having an understanding of the Irrigation Canal Operations / SOPs / Operation of Spillway gates & its regulation.
