Qualification and Experience:

• Master’s in Business Administration (HR) or equivalent from HEC recognized University.
• Having experience working in the public sector will be an added advantage. Candidate must possess at least 10 years of demonstrated experience as under:
• Strong knowledge of Human Resource Management and Administration.
• Knowledge of preparation job requirements, job descriptions & KPIs for all positions.
• Managing human resources of the company by ensuring recruiting, selection, orientation, and training of employees.
• Ensuring planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employees annually.
• Resolution of employee grievances & counseling.
• Ensuring the implementation of the HR manual of the company.
• Preparation of succession plan and contingency analysis for key positions.
• Maintaining admin & human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records
• Should possess good communication skills and must be proficient in the use of MS Office.
