Qualification and Experience:

Candidates need either a PhD in CS, IT, Engineering, or Management Sciences with 10 years of experience (at least 6 years post-PhD and 3 years in senior management/industry), OR an 18-year MS/MPhil/MBA degree in relevant fields with 14 years of experience (including 6 years in senior management/industry equivalent to BPS-19 or above). Requires expertise in emerging technologies, proposal development, revenue generation, English fluency, and IT skills.
