Qualification and Experience:

Minimum 16 years of education in a relevant field from an HEC-recognized institution in one of the following disciplines:
BS/BE in Engineering (with valid PEC registration)
Project Management
MBA / MPA / MPP
Master's or 4-year BS degree in Economics or other relevant fields
Minimum 10 years and above of professional experience in implementation of rural and urban planning, infrastructure development, project management, and development projects across public and private sectors.
