Qualification and Experience:

B.Sc. or B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Power Engineering from HEC-recognized university. Master's shall be preferred. PEC registration required. Certification in Power Plant Operations, Dispatch, or CCGT systems preferred.

10-15 years of hands-on experience in operations of thermal/combined cycle power plants, with at least 2-4 years in a supervisory or management role. Sound knowledge of CCP operations, gas turbine operation, power dispatch, SCADA/DCS systems, PPA, and other compliance requirements. Experience of EPC will also be preferred.
