Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Media Sciences, Media Production, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field, or a diploma in video production / graphic design from a recognized university / institute.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in video production, graphic design, motion graphics, animation, video editing, and digital content creation.
• Demonstrated experience in producing project documentation videos, reels, before-and-after visual assets, infographics, presentations, and other visual communication material.
• Experience in developing visual content related to infrastructure, urban development, public-sector projects, government programs, or development sector.
