Qualification and Experience:

• Master's degree or Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Management Sciences, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline from a recognized university / institution.
• Minimum 3 years relevant professional experience in data analysis, statistical analysis, business analytics, performance monitoring, management information systems, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and statistical modeling skills with demonstrated experience in data cleansing, aggregation, variance / predictive analysis, and management metrics.
• Experience in public-sector development, infrastructure, project monitoring, donor-funded or multi-agency programs will be an added advantage.
