Qualification and Experience:

• MBA(Finance)/EMBA/ICMA/ACCA or a Bachelor's degree in Finance/ Accounts. Addl Certification will be a plus.
• Minimum 5 Years of Experience, of which 3 x years of relevant post qualification experience working as a Finance / Accounts Manager, processing of bills, payable, receivables, and complex financial transactions, reconciliation of funds and cash flows/plan, financial projection, and
• conducting financial analysis and due diligence, knowledge of tax laws, sales tax, etc. ICMA, ACCA. Must have 2 x years of experience in PSDP-ICT projects. At least 2 x years of experience working with AGPR on public funds is mandatory.
