Qualification and Experience:

A Master's degree from an HEC-recognized institution in Economics, Development Studies, Public Policy, Statistics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in policy analysis, evaluation, or applied research.
Proven expertise in designing and overseeing surveys (including instrument design, sampling, training enumerators, supervising fieldwork, and data quality assurance) as well as conducting tracer studies, baselines, or impact evaluations.
